Anyone residing in the GCC who is at least 18 years old and has a valid payment method can buy or sell on MYNTED. We are currently focused on GCC-based user but will expand to international markets soon.

Shopping on MYNTED works just like any premium online store, with one key difference - you’re buying from multiple trusted vendors within one checkout.
- Add your favorite items to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout - you’ll see the shipping cost per vendor clearly listed.
- Complete your secure payment.
- You’ll receive individual shipping notifications for each vendor, as they pack and ship your items separately.
If you’ve ordered from more than one vendor, you’ll get multiple shipments and tracking updates - all visible from your MYNTED account.

Each vendor manages their own inventory and ships independently. That means if you purchase products from different vendors, you’ll receive multiple parcels. This setup ensures faster fulfillment and accurate tracking for each shipment.

No. To ensure consistent support and protect both buyers and vendors, all communication is handled through the MYNTED team. If you have a question about your order, simply contact us - we’ll coordinate everything on your behalf.

You can request a cancellation before the vendor ships your order. Once it’s shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. If your order includes products from several vendors, we’ll check the status of each shipment individually.

Orders arrive within 1–2 working days across the UAE. We also ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, connecting collectors across the Middle East. Global shipping on request.

If you order from 2 vendors in the UAE, your total shipping cost will be 30 AED (15 × 2) because each vendor ships separately.

Because each vendor ships their items separately, each parcel requires its own courier booking. This allows every vendor to ensure proper packaging and tracking for their specific items, particularly important for collectibles.

All orders across the UAE are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. MYNTED ships with Aramex, and you’ll receive tracking updates directly via WhatsApp and email once your order is on the way.
If your order includes items from multiple vendors, they may arrive separately on different days.
Deliveries to other GCC countries may take a little longer depending on location. Please note that weekends, public holidays, or major releases can occasionally cause slight delays.

We currently don’t offer free shipping. All orders are shipped securely through Aramex across the UAE and GCC.

If your items haven’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. We’ll update your address for all pending shipments. Once a vendor has dispatched a parcel, changes are no longer possible.

All UAE deliveries arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
We and our vendors always aim for fast, reliable service, but slight delays can happen during weekends, public holidays, or product release events.

All shipments are handled by Aramex, one of the UAE’s most trusted logistics partners. Aramex provides live tracking and WhatsApp updates so you’re informed at every step.

Check with your building security, reception, or household first. If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll open a trace with Aramex immediately.
Payments
Pay securely by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments are fully encrypted for your protection. Cash on delivery and Tabby are not available.

All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). If you’re using a foreign card, your bank may apply a small conversion fee.

Yes. All payments on MYNTED are processed through trusted and encrypted gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We apply the same level of security used by leading global e-commerce platforms.

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact MYNTED within 14 days for review. We’ll coordinate with the vendor for a replacement or refund if approved. Returns for change of mind aren’t accepted.

If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us. We’ll follow up with the vendor and courier. All shipments are tracked, and any lost parcels will be investigated promptly.

At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Due to the collectible nature of TCG items, once a product has left the vendor, it cannot be returned.

Absolutely. Every item sold on MYNTED must be 100% authentic. Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing counterfeits, proxies, or resealed products. Our team monitors listings and permanently removes vendors who violate this policy.

Never. All sealed products are factory sealed and sourced from verified distributors. If you suspect a product has been tampered with, report it immediately.

- Singles: Placed in protective sleeves and top loaders, then packed securely in bubble mailers or boxes.
- Graded cards: Shipped in sturdy boxes with cushioning to prevent movement.
We require all vendors to meet strict packaging standards to ensure cards arrive in perfect condition.

Yes. Vendors must clearly display the grading company and slab number. Only cards graded by reputable, recognized grading services are allowed.
