Refund policy

1. INTRODUCTION 
1.1 This Return & Refund Policy is complementary to MYNTED’s Terms of Service (dd. Nov. 05, 2025 – Revision 02). Definitions are applied to this Return & Refund Policy unless expressly mentioned otherwise.

1.2 This Return & Refund Policy is to be read and understood in strict compliance with mandatory e-commerce and consumer protection laws applicable in the UAE.

1.3 Due to the nature of trading card games and collectibles products, all sales are final to the extent permitted by applicable law or expressly permitted herein.

1.4 Any refunds as validated herein are processed by MYNTED acting as facilitator on behalf of the Vendor.

 

2. AUTHORIZED RETURNS
2.1 A Buyer may return a Product if it was received damaged or not as described as per the Product listing.

2.2 A refund can only be granted once the Product has been returned to the Vendor.

2.3 In case of a legitimate claim, you will be provided with a return shipping label and must arrange for the return shipping (adequate packaging required) within three (3) business days. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT
2.4 In the event of a damaged packaging, you must inform MYNTED immediately at hello@mynted.me to open a claim with the transport agent.

Your claim must be supported by the following additional documentation:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging received,
  • Description of the damage, and
  • Order number.

MYNTED will review and forward your claim to the shipping agent for further handling.

INCORRECT PRODUCT
2.5 In the event of an incorrect Product (wrong Product, not as described in the Product listing), you must notify MYNTED immediately at hello@mynted.me to open a claim with the Vendor.

Your claim must be supported by the following additional documentation:

  • Photos of the incorrect Product received,
  • Description of the issue, and
  • Order number.

MYNTED will review and forward your claim to the Vendor.

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT
2.6 If you have reason to believe that the Product received is counterfeit, please contact us immediately at hello@mynted.me to provide you with assistance. If a Product is confirmed counterfeit, MYNTED will fully reimburse the Buyer as part of our Buyer Protection program. 

 

3. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Returns are not allowed in case of:

  • “Buyer’s remorse” (change of mind after placing an order),
  • The request is being made after the claim period as mentioned herein.

 

4. REFUND AMOUNT
4.1 Subject to Clause 2 here above, MYNTED will reimburse the Buyer the amount (excluding shipping cost for unauthorized returns as described in Clause 2) if a return request or claim for refund is validated.

4.2 However, in no event shall the refund amount exceed the price paid for a Product, irrespective of the price fluctuation after a purchase has been completed.

4.3 Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-14 calendar days from approval of your claim.

 

5. REFUSING ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
5.1 Refusing acceptance of a delivery is not accepted without valid reason.

5.2 In such case, MYNTED may apply a deduction for payment-processing cost up to AED 50 from any refund amount, as permitted by law.

 

6. MISSING ORDERS
6.1 In case of a missing order, please always contact us first at hello@mynted.me

6.2 MYNTED will open a trace claim with the delivery agent to locate the package.

6.3 In the event of a lost, stolen or misdelivered order, we will file a claim for insurance coverage with the insurance agent to reimburse you.

6.4 In cases where insurance coverage does not apply, MYNTED’s liability remains limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

 

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE
As per Terms of Service (dd. Nov. 05, 2025 – Revision 02), Clause 16.

 

8. EFFECTIVE DATE
8.1 These terms are effective as of Oct. 23, 2025.
