Each vendor’s rating on MYNTED reflects reliability, service quality, and real collector feedback.

We monitor every order to make sure our partners deliver the level of care collectors expect: from packaging to communication and shipment speed.
Our team reviews all reported issues manually and adjusts ratings when needed.

We evaluate:

• Speed and handling of orders
• Packaging and overall presentation
• Buyer feedback and satisfaction
  

Every score you see is based on real experiences from our community, not automated reviews or random stars.

Vendor Guidelines

1. GENERAL
These guidelines outline requirements for listings, descriptions, photos, packaging, and shipping on MYNTED.

By listing an item, Vendors confirm the Product is authentic, accurately described, and fully compliant with MYNTED Terms and applicable laws.

Counterfeits, customs, proxies, reseals or altered products are strictly prohibited.

Non-compliance may lead to account suspension.

2. MARKETPLACE PRINCIPLES
MYNTED is built on:

Provide accurate details so buyers can properly assess item condition—especially raw cards. Use the MYNTED Condition Guide.

• Smooth Vendor Experience

We aim to simplify listing processes and will introduce new tools as they become available.

• Good Faith & Community Trust

This hobby is built on relationships. Act in good faith, resolve disputes amicably, and help maintain a trusted regional marketplace.

3. LISTING GUIDE
3.1 Product Authenticity and Permitted Categories
Products listed must be genuine, legally owned, and verifiable. Vendors are responsible for the authenticity of each item offered for sale.

Permitted Product Types:

• Raw singles
• Graded cards (reputable graders only)
• Sealed packs/boxes
• Sports memorabilia (with proof)
• Mystery boxes/packs
• Licensed TCG accessories
• Funko products
• Accessories on case-by-case basis

3.2 Listing Restrictions
The following items are not permitted to be listed on the Marketplace:

• Counterfeit, tampered, altered, or proxy items
• Factory-sealed cases
• Signed items without authentication
• Digital items, NFT/game codes
• Custom/fan-made cards

3.3 Product upload
Product Name (examples):

Product Title Format (recommended):

Grade + Franchise + Product Name + #Card Number + Key Attribute [+ Set/Series/Language]

Examples:

• Pokémon Charizard ex #223 Special Illustration Rare
• BGS 10 One Piece Zoro Manga Art
• Topps Select 2025 Booster Box

Product description:

Include set/series, rarity, year, card number, certification number, contents for sealed items, condition/damage description etc.

3.4 Certificate numbers for Graded Cards

Certificate numbers must be visible. If blanked, the cert number must be mentioned in the description to enable Buyers to assess authenticity. In case of privacy concerns, please contact us.

3.5 Mystery boxes/packs

All stated values/odds must be accurate and provable (batch breakdown, content sheet).

3.6 Bulk Listings

Allowed. Must specify approx. mix: franchise, rarity, era, condition, etc.

4. CONDITION ASSESSMENT
4.1 General Guidance
As a general rule for any product category: If in doubt, select the next lower condition to avoid disputes. Listings that materially deviate from the stated condition may be removed. Condition tiers used on MYNTED:

4.2 For factory sealed Products:

• Sealed – New
• Sealed – Visible Wear
• Sealed – Damaged

4.3 For Graded Products:

• Graded – New
• Graded – Visible Wear
• Graded – Damaged

4.4 For Memorabilia:

• Memorabilia – New
• Memorabilia – Visible Wear
• Memorabilia – Damaged

4.5 For Funkos:

• Funko – Mint
• Funko – Near Mint
• Funko – Good

4.6 For Products from other categories:

• Others – New
• Others – Visible Wear
• Others – Damaged

4.7 For Raw Cards / Singles:

4.8 Pre-Grading statements

Do not use terms like “PSA 10 potential”, “Pristine candidate”, etc.

5. PHOTO AND MEDIA STANDARDS
Listings must include actual photos.

General Requirements:

• Ratio: 4:3 (Portrait)
• ⁠Size: 1500 × 2000 px
• ⁠Format: JPG or WEBP
• ⁠Max File Size: 250 KB
• ⁠Background: Pure White (#FFFFFF)
• ⁠Bright, even lighting – avoid shadows, glare, or reflections
• No filters, watermarks, text, logos or borders

Quality Standards:

• Use high-quality, well-lit photos, natural or diffused light only (no heavy shadows or glare)
• ⁠Product should be centered and clearly visible
• ⁠Avoid over-editing or color filters

Special Note for Single Cards:

• Visible flaws (whitening, scratches, dents, chips, creases) might be highlighted by uploading additional close-up pictures.

• a) Bulk + 2 photos (Front & Back) + close-up photos of flaws for lower conditioned cards

3. High Value Single Cards

• b) Single Cards + 4 front corners, 4 back corners

4. Graded Cards: Front & Back (clear label)

• PSA: official image from www.psacards.com/cert + actual photos front/back
• Other grading companies: actual photos (front/back) + official grader image if available 

5. Sealed Boxes: Front + Back (top/bottom optional)

6. SHIPPING & PACKAGING
6.1 Shipping Labels
Integrated Aramex must be used for shipping through the Vendor Portal.

Each order must be shipped individually for tracking purposes.

6.2 Dimension and Weights
Please make sure that the weights and dimension of the packaging do not exceed the following limits:

• 110x85x85 cms in dimension
• Weight should not exceed 5 kilos

6.3 Insurance

Aramex Standard covers:

• USD 25 (domestic)
• USD 100 (international)

For high-value items:

• Aramex Shield (2.5% of value, min AED 25) → up to USD 10,000 coverage.
• To use Shield, inform MYNTED to generate the label manually.

If a Vendor chooses standard shipping without Aramex Shield, the Vendor accepts the risk beyond Aramex standard compensation above.

6.4 Packaging Requirements
Singles (Raw Cards):

1. Sleeve + toploader/semi-rigid (for AED 25+)
2. Seal top
3. Cardboard protection
4. Bubble mailer 

Note: Do not ship lower value / bulk cards loose and provide for reasonable protection.

Graded Cards:

1. Wrap in bubble wrap.
2. Place inside a sturdy mailer or small box.
3. Avoid direct contact between slab and box surface.

Factory-Sealed Boxes:

1. Wrap in bubble wrap or cushioning foil.
2. Place inside a sturdy box with extra padding to prevent movement.
3. Seal with reinforced tape.

6.5 Timely Shipment
Vendors must ship within 1–2 business days after receiving an order, and no later than 3 business days from purchase.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please read the Return & Refund Policy carefully, available here.

In case of a legitimate return or refund request, you must provide for a return shipping label, in case applicable. Partial or full refunds will be processed manually upon request.
