Vendors can sell authentic trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, collectibles and memorabilia.
All listed products must be genuine, legally owned, and compliant with UAE laws. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell all listed items.

Yes. Vendors are responsible for preparing and shipping their own orders.
Through the Aramex integration in the MYNTED vendor dashboard, vendors can view orders, generate and print shipping labels, and schedule pickups directly.
MYNTED oversees the delivery process but is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third parties.

All listings must include:
- Real product photos: no stock or promotional images.
- Accurate descriptions and honest condition details.
- Clear pricing and correct stock availability.
Each product is reviewed and approved by the MYNTED team before going live to ensure quality and authenticity.

Yes. Vendors are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their products and listings.
MYNTED provides the marketplace “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. Vendors use the platform at their own risk and agree that MYNTED is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from vendor activity.

MYNTED offers a 14-day refund window for damaged or incorrect items, as well as missing products.
If a customer submits a complaint, MYNTED will contact the vendor to review the issue and find a fair solution. Refunds or replacements are handled jointly between MYNTED and the vendor to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yes. Every new product submission is manually reviewed by the MYNTED team to ensure authenticity, appropriate pricing, and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Approved products are then published and made visible to customers.

Each vendor acts as an independent seller and is liable for their own products and sales. MYNTED serves only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Vendors must comply with all applicable UAE regulations, consumer laws, and intellectual property rights.
