Important: Shipping & Insurance Policy Please note that while PSA automatically insures your cards up to the tier's maximum value on their return journey back to the UAE, inbound shipping (from Dubai to PSA's facility) is not insured by default in the base grading fee.
- Optional Inbound Insurance: Full transit coverage to PSA can be purchased for an additional 3% of the declared card value.

Understanding Your Shipping & Insurance Options
Return Shipping (Included):
Once your cards are encapsulated, PSA automatically insures them on their return journey back to MYNTED in the UAE. This coverage is built into your base fee and protects each card up to the Maximum Insured Value of your selected service tier (e.g., up to $500 for Value Bulk/Plus, $1,000 for Value Max, and $2,500 for Express).
Inbound Shipping to PSA (Optional Add-On):
To keep our base grading fees as low as possible, the initial international transport (shipping your raw, ungraded cards from Dubai to PSA's facility in the US) is not insured by default.
To ensure your collection is fully protected from the moment it leaves the UAE, we offer Optional Inbound Insurance for just 3% of your card’s declared value. We strongly recommend adding this coverage, especially when submitting high-value or irreplaceable cards.
How It Works:
You do not need to calculate or pay for insurance at checkout. After you place your order, our submission specialists will contact you directly to review your cards, confirm their declared values, and set up your optional inbound insurance if requested.
If you prefer to proceed with standard secure transit without the 2% insurance fee, that option remains available. We believe in 100% transparency—you only pay for the protection you choose.

What is the estimated turnaround time for my submission?
Turnaround times depend entirely on the service tier you select for your submission. Our current estimated timelines are:
- Value Bulk: 7 to 8 Months
- Value: 4 to 5 Months
- Value Plus: 3 to 4 Months
- Value Max: 2 to 2.5 Months
- Regular: 1.5 to 2 Months
- Express: 1 to 1.5 Months
Please note: These timelines are estimates based on PSA’s current processing volumes and international transit times. We keep you updated every step of the way so you always know the status of your collection.
How do I determine the market value of my card?
To estimate your card’s current market value, we recommend checking recent sold listings on trusted pricing platforms such as Collectr, TCGplayer, or PriceCharting. These sources reflect real market demand and are commonly used by collectors and grading services to determine fair value.
How does insurance work?
Inbound shipping from MYNTED to PSA is not insured by default from PSA. To ensure full protection during international transport, we offer optional insured shipping at 3% of the declared card value.
We generally recommend adding insurance for all submissions, especially for higher-value cards. After placing your order, we review the declared values and contact you to confirm whether you would like to include insured return shipping.
What happens if PSA cannot encapsulate my card?
If a card cannot be encapsulated due to size limitations or irregular dimensions (customer responsibility):
- The card will be returned ungraded (raw)
- The grading fee is refunded, minus a 5% handling fee

You can submit your cards either by dropping them off at the MYNTED office or by shipping them to us.

Returns & Card Return Process
Grading services are non-refundable once processing has started.
If a card cannot be encapsulated due to size or irregular dimensions (customer fault), the card will be returned raw and the grading fee refunded minus a 5% handling fee.
Receiving Your Graded Cards
Once your cards are graded and ready, we will notify you by email.
You can then choose one of the following options:
- Pick up your graded cards at the MYNTED office, or
- Have them shipped to you, with shipping and insurance costs covered by the customer.
