Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Vendor Terms are complementary to MYNTED’s Terms of Service (dd. Nov. 05, 2025 – Revision 02). Definitions are applied to these Vendor Terms unless expressly mentioned otherwise.
1.2 The Vendor Terms shall govern the relationship between MYNTED and Vendors being active on the Marketplace.
1.3 In addition, the following definition shall apply:
“Registered User Content” has the meaning assigned to it in Clause 10
2. VENDOR REGISTRATION
2.1 In order to be allowed to sell Products on the Marketplace, you must register as a Vendor at https://mynted.me/pages/become-a-vendor.
2.2 The information in the application form must be complete and true to enable MYNTED to verify the Vendor identity.
2.3 MYNTED reserves the right to implement third-party KYC or identity-verification software in the future to comply with applicable laws. Vendors must cooperate with any reasonable verification or re-verification request by MYNTED.
2.4 Once a Vendor application is received, MYNTED will review the application in due time and, at its sole discretion, grant or deny access to the Vendor portal.
2.5 Upon approval, Vendors will be granted access to the Vendor portal and Vendor dashboard.
3. PLATFORM FEES
3.1 MYNTED charges a flat fee of 10% of the Product price (excluding shipping fees) once a Product is successfully sold on the Marketplace.
3.2 Our fee includes VAT and payment processing fees.
4. LISTINGS
4.1 Vendors are fully responsible for their Product listings including availability, quality, authenticity, pricing and accuracy of Product descriptions.
4.2 When a listing goes live, the price displayed for a Product is binding unless the Vendor modifies the price before a Buyer can complete a successful checkout.
5. PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AND TAXES
5.1 Vendors will receive a purchase confirmation once a Buyer successfully completed checkout of the shopping cart.
5.2 Vendors are responsible for VAT compliance.
5.3 If a Vendor is a registered business in the UAE, he is responsible to provide the necessary information in the Vendor portal, including tax registration number and selecting the VAT application checkbox.
5.4 As soon as a Vendor confirms being VAT registered business, MYNTED will show the relevant information on the purchase confirmation / customer invoice to support Vendor’s tax compliance.
5.5 MYNTED is not responsible for verifying whether a Vendor is subject to VAT registration or not.
5.6 MYNTED does not act as a vendor of record.
6. SHIPPING OBLIGATIONS
6.1 All products must be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving an order.
6.2 Vendor is responsible for adequate and secure packaging.
6.3 As part of the platform experience, MYNTED provides an integrated shipping solution via Aramex E-Commerce solutions, free of charge for Vendors. Once an order is received, the system will generate a shipping label in the Vendor portal to be used by the Vendor.
6.4 Use of the integrated shipping solution is mandatory, unless otherwise authorized by MYNTED in writing, to ensure consistency and reliability.
6.5 Vendors hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the Aramex Conditions of Carriage, as can be found here.
7. PAYOUT
7.1 MYNTED will perform payment runs twice a month. The first payment run on the first day of the month and the second payment run on the sixteenth day of the month.
7.2 Payout amounts are subject to the required retention periods in accordance with consumer protections laws (7 calendar days from date of delivery plus 7 days claim period) and our Return & Refund policy.
7.3 For the time being, payment runs are managed manually, but MYNTED may implement automated payout cycles in the future.
7.4 In such cases a minimum payout threshold may be applied.
8. CHARGEBACKS
8.1 In case of chargebacks initiated by a Buyer, MYNTED reserves the right to deduct the amount from the Vendor’s pending balance and/or recover the same from future payments.
8.2 Vendor may contest any chargeback and MYNTED will work on a fair resolution for the involved parties considering the circumstances of the dispute.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
9.1 Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9.3 In the event a Return or Refund is due to wrong description of a Product, Vendor must cover the return cost and reimburse MYNTED for any additional cost incurred.
9.4 In case of partial refunds issued upon request of the Vendor, MYNTED will charge the full commission on the original net order value. The payout will be reduced by the partial refund and the full commission will be deducted.
10. REGISTERED USER CONTENT
10.1 As part of the Marketplace activity, Vendors may post or publish text, images, graphics or other materials (“Registered User Content”) in accordance with our content standards.
10.2 Registered User Content is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
10.3 By submitting Registered User Content on the Marketplace, you grant MYNTED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display or reproduce such content for purposes of operating, promoting or marketing of the Marketplace.
10.4 This license remains valid for the period necessary to operate, promote, or archive the Marketplace, unless you request deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.5 Vendors must ensure that such Registered User Content is not illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property, injurious, or objectionable, and must not include viruses, solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or spam.
10.6 MYNTED may, but is not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove Registered User Content and may terminate access for violations of these Terms, at any time, without notice or liability.
10.7 Notwithstanding the generality of the aforesaid, MYNTED reserves the right to remove or disable such infringing Registered User Content without notice or liability.
11. AUTHENTICITY AND QUALITY
11.1 MYNTED provides the Marketplace as a possibility for Vendors to offer their Products. The aim is to provide a fair and transparent environment for Buyers and Vendors alike, which requires Vendors to describe their listing accurately.
11.2 Vendors are responsible for the authenticity of their Products and are strictly prohibited from listing counterfeit or custom-made products.
11.3 MYNTED may cooperate with rights-holders to remove infringing listings and share relevant Vendor data when required by law.
12. INDEMNITY
With regard to Clauses 5.2, 6, 10 and 11 hereof, Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYNTED from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. OUTSIDE PLATFORM SALES
13.1 Vendors are prohibited to facilitate sales of listed Products outside of the Marketplace to circumvent the platform fee.
13.2 Repeated offenders may be banned from the Marketplace subject to seven (7) calendar days’ prior notice.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA / PROMOTIONS
14.1 MYNTED may invite Vendors to participate in special events for marketing purposes.
14.2 Vendors are required to link their Marketplace Vendor shop to their social media profiles for promotional visibility.
14.3 Vendors are free to not opt-in such events.
14.4 Vendors can request special vouchers for individual promotion, in which case MYNTED shall issue the voucher within reasonable time and manner.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
No party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, outages, third-party service failures, or natural disasters.
16. DISPUTES BETWEEN REGISTERED USERS
16.1 In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and Vendor, the party disputing a transaction must notify MYNTED of such dispute without undue delay, however, not later than seven (7) calendar days after completion of delivery of a Product.
16.2 As MYNTED is not directly involved in the transaction between Buyers and Vendors, you agree to release MYNTED from all claims, demands and damages related to transaction disputes. However, MYNTED is committed to route a dispute on behalf of a Buyer and Vendor to come to a resolution. During such a resolution process, MYNTED, at its sole discretion, may apply full or partial refunds to resolve the dispute.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE
As per Terms of Service (dd. Nov. 05, 2025 – Revision 02), Clause 16.
