MYNTED is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to scale our social media, community engagement, and paid advertising efforts. This role focuses on driving visibility, traffic, and sales across our marketplace.

Social & Content

• Own and manage MYNTED’s social media (Instagram, Stories, Reels, X, etc.)
• Plan and execute daily content: drops, deals, vendors, community moments
• Coordinate with vendors for reposts, collaborations, and promotions
• Spot trends and turn them into fast, relevant content

Community Management

• Manage and grow our WhatsApp community & other community channels
• Post deals, early access drops, announcements, and updates
• Engage with collectors, answer questions, and build real community trust
• Work closely with vendors to activate them inside the community

Paid Ads & Growth

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads (Meta, Instagram, Google — depending on experience)
• Promote deals, drops, partnerships, and key pages
• Track performance and continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging

Campaigns & Launches

• Plan marketing around product drops, exclusive deals, partnerships (e.g. CGC)
• Support email/newsletter campaigns and landing pages
• Help shape new growth ideas and experiments

Events & On-Site Presence

• Be part of MYNTED at events, pop-ups, and conventions
• Help sell on-site, talk to collectors, represent the brand
• Capture content and turn events into social moments

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media culture (not just marketing theory)
• Experience with Instagram, Reels, Stories, and paid ads
• Comfortable being hands-on and moving fast
  Community-driven mindset — you enjoy talking to people
• Bonus: Interest in TCGs, collectibles, streetwear, or hype culture
  (You don’t need to be a hardcore collector — curiosity is enough)
