1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These terms of service govern the use of the platform available at MYNTED.me.

1.2 MYNTED.me is an online marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of trading card game (TCG) products, sports cards and collectibles including sports memorabilia as well as other permitted products.

1.3 MYNTED acts as an intermediary party offering a common platform to enable buyers and vendors to enter into a binding agreement (offer and acceptance). through the listing of a Product on the Marketplace by the Vendor and completing a successful checkout for the purchase of a Product on the Marketplace by the Buyer.

1.4 MYNTED does not actively sell any products on its platform, nor do we ship any products on behalf of our vendors. Further, MYNTED does not manufacture, produce, store or inspect any Products sold on the Marketplace.

1.5 MYNTED acts as a nominated payment processing agent (through its chosen payment processor).

1.6 In these Terms of Service, the following definitions shall apply:

• “Buyer” means a visitor or registered user who purchases or intends to purchase products through the Marketplace in accordance with these Terms.
• “Marketplace” means MYNTED.me, its related sites or associated subdomains.
• “MYNTED” means MYNTED L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Freezone, United Arab Emirates, with registration number 2538375.
• “Product” means trading card games (TCG) and sports cards products in tangible form, including raw cards (singles), sealed packs, factory sealed boxes, or related accessories as well as other related collectibles or sports memorabilia as well as any other permitted products.
• “Registered User” means a person who creates and maintains an account on the Marketplace in accordance with these Terms.
• “Terms” means these Terms of Service.
• “Vendor” means a verified and registered user who lists or offers products for sale on the Marketplace in accordance with these Terms.
• “Visitor” means a person who accesses the Marketplace without creating an account.

 

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
2.1 By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge to have read, understood and accepted to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 MYNTED reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time and your continued use of the Marketplace implies your acceptance unless you inform us otherwise.

2.3 Collection and processing of your data in relation to the use of the Marketplace, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

3. ACCOUNT AND USE OF THE MARKETPLACE
3.1 Visitor and Registered Users must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their country of residence) in order to use the Marketplace.

3.2 Registered Users must provide accurate and true information, and shall be kept up-to-date.

3.3 Registered Users are responsible to maintain their account safe and secure and keep their account credentials confidential. You accept the responsibility for all activities related to your account, including being held liable and indemnifying MYNTED for any payments due on purchases made under your account at any time. In case of unauthorized use, you may notify MYNTED immediately, without undue delay, at hello@mynted.me.

3.4 MYNTED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, revoke, withdraw, change or restrict access to the Marketplace, including suspension, cancellation or termination of an account.

3.5 Registered Users are not permitted to:

• impersonate another person,
• use offensive, vulgar or infringing account names
• list counterfeit, replica or illegal Products, and
• use the platform in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

3.6 Registered Users can request termination of its account by notification mail to hello@mynted.me.

 

4. PAID SERVICE
4.1 MYNTED may, from time to time, offer paid services or additional features against payment of a non-refundable fee.

4.2 Payment of such fee can be a one-time payment or a recurring subscription.

 

5. LISTINGS
5.1 Vendors manage their listings independently and at their sole discretion.

5.2 MYNTED does not have an obligation to monitor, approve or moderate listings or their content.

5.3 Buyers acknowledge and agree that Products on the Marketplace are purchased directly from the Vendors.

5.4 Product availability is not guaranteed until a Buyer proceeds to checkout.

5.5 While browsing the Marketplace, prices may be displayed in your local currency. However, all payments will be made in the lawful currency of the United Arab Emirates (AED) at checkout.

5.6 Prices are inclusive of VAT and payment processing fees.

5.7 Sealed Product:

The Buyer must inspect and report any visible issues (including wrong product, damaged product,  damaged packaging or reasonable suspicion of authenticity) within 48 hours of receipt of the Product. For hidden defects that cannot be identified without opening the factory seal of the Product, the Buyer must open and inspect the Product within 30 days of delivery and notify MYNTED within 7 days of discovery of any defect. The aforementioned does not apply where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, incl. counterfeit product or fraud. In such cases, the Buyer retains all statutory rights under UAE law.

 

6. PAYMENT AND BUYER PROTECTION
6.1 Payment can be made by using credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bank transfers or cash on delivery (CoD) are not accepted.

6.2 You authorize MYNTED (acting through our chosen payment processor) to charge the relevant payment option for the amount displayed to you at checkout.

 

7. SHIPMENT
7.1 Shipment will be arranged by the Vendor within 2-3 business days through Aramex.

7.2 A separate shipment fee will be charged as displayed at checkout.

 

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
8.1 Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Return & Refund policy.

9. COPYRIGHT, PATENTS, TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Marketplace are owned by MYNTED, its licensors, or other material providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Logos, trademarks, graphics and service marks related to MYNTED are the property of MYNTED or its licensors. You may not use any of our branding or marks without our prior written consent.

9.3 Other trademarks, graphics and logos may appear on the Marketplace, but are not owned by MYNTED, including, but not limited, of the following registered trademarks:

• Pokémon
• One Piece
• Magic: The Gathering
• Yu-Gi-Oh!
• Weiss Schwarz
• Topps
• Panini
• Marvel, DC, Star Wars, etc.

 

10. INDEMNITY
10.1 With regards to Clauses 3.5 and 9 hereof, Registered Users agree to indemnify and hold MYNTED harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

10.2 In case of violation of these Terms, MYNTED reserves the right for legal action and remedy.

 

11. LIABILITY
11.1 If you are a Buyer, you understand and acknowledge that any and all information displayed on the Marketplace is provided on an “as is”, “as available” and “as seen” basis unless otherwise specified in writing. MYNTED does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the performance, availability or operation of the Marketplace or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, content (including whether error-free), materials or Products made available by using the Marketplace.

11.2 Visitors and Registered Users expressly agree that the use of the Marketplace is at their sole risk.

11.3 MYNTED disclaims all warranties, and does not warrant that the use of the Marketplace or content will be free of viruses or harmful components.

11.4 Notwithstanding the generality of the aforesaid, nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11.5 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so these terms may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11.6 To the extent permitted by applicable law, MYNTED is not liable for any loss of profits or indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms. MYNTED’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount of AED 500. These limitations apply even if remedies fail to fully compensate you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

 

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
12.1 MYNTED may communicate with Registered Users by email, through the Marketplace, or by any other electronic means deemed appropriate, including for the purpose of serving notices, fulfilling its obligations under or providing updates to these Terms or the operation of the Marketplace.

12.2 Registered Users acknowledge and agree to receive such electronic communications, which are deemed to satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.

12.3 MYNTED may also, from time to time, send promotional communications to Registered Users. Users may unsubscribe from receiving such electronic communications at any time by updating their account settings or by contacting MYNTED at hello@mynted.me.

 

13. FORCE MAJEURE
No party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, outages, third-party service failures, or natural disasters.

 

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, SEVERABILITY & ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
14.1 These Terms, together with any complementary terms and conditions or policies as listed herein, form the entire agreement between you and MYNTED.

14.2 If any provision is found unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

14.3 In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail over any other complementary terms and the following order of precedence as per their numerical order below shall apply:

• Vendor Terms
• Return & Refund Policy

 

15. DISPUTES BETWEEN A BUYER AND A VENDOR
15.1 In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and Vendor, the party disputing a transaction must notify MYNTED of such dispute without undue delay, however, not later than seven (7) calendar days after completion of delivery of a Product.

15.2 As MYNTED is not directly involved in the transaction between Buyers and Vendors, you agree to release MYNTED from all claims, demands and damages related to transaction disputes. However, MYNTED is committed to route a dispute on behalf of a Buyer and Vendor to come to a resolution. During such a resolution process, MYNTED, at its sole discretion, may apply full or partial refunds to resolve the dispute.

 

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE
16.1 Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its choice of law rules. For disputes between a Registered User and MYNTED, it is agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

16.2 The Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16.3 No law or regulation requiring contract language to be construed against the drafter will apply.

 

17. EFFECTIVE DATE

17.1 These terms are effective as of Oct. 23, 2025.
