Details
Submit your standard size trading cards for professional CGC grading directly through MYNTED.
This service covers Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards, and other TCG and non-sports cards that meet CGC size and thickness requirements. Simply select the number of cards, enter the card details and declared value, and we handle the full submission process.
CGC Cards grades cards sized up to 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) with a maximum thickness of 7.25mm. Cards that are slightly smaller or larger may be placed in a protective inner sleeve at CGC’s discretion.
Your price is always based on the raw declared value.
There are no upcharges if the card receives a higher grade or market value after grading.

How does "Drop Off at MYNTED Office" work?
After placing your submission, you will receive an email confirmation with our contact details. Please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time to drop off your cards at the MYNTED office (Dubai, Business Bay).
How does "Ship Cards to Us (at your own cost)" work?
After purchasing the grading service, you will receive an email confirmation with our contact details and next steps. Please contact us and we will provide the shipping details.
- Shipping costs are fully covered by the customer
- Customers are responsible for insurance and secure packaging
- MYNTED is not liable for loss or damage during shipping
What is the turnaround time?
Estimated turnaround time is 6–8 weeks for all tiers.
Is there an upcharge if my card grades higher than expected?
No. There are no post-grading upcharges. Your price is always based on the raw declared value at submission.
How do I determine the market value of my card?
To estimate your card’s current market value, we recommend checking recent sold listings on trusted pricing platforms such as Collectr, TCGplayer, or PriceCharting. These sources reflect real market demand and are commonly used by collectors and grading services to determine fair value.
What happens if I submitted the wrong card or declared an incorrect value?
If the submitted card or declared value does not match the selected grading tier, we will contact you to arrange any additional required payments before proceeding.
How does insurance work?
All submissions are insured based on the total declared value you provide during checkout. Insurance covers the cards while they are in CGC’s possession and during the return shipment.
What happens if CGC cannot encapsulate my card?
If a card cannot be encapsulated due to size limitations or irregular dimensions (customer responsibility):
- The card will be returned ungraded (raw)
- The grading fee is refunded, minus a 5% handling fee

You can submit your cards either by dropping them off at the MYNTED office or by shipping them to us.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with our contact details.
Please contact us to arrange a date and time to drop off your cards.
Ship Cards to Us (at your own cost)
After purchase, we will send you an email with the next steps and shipping details.
All shipping, insurance, and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility.
MYNTED does not cover loss or damage during transit.
Returns & Card Return Process
Grading services are non-refundable once processing has started.
If a card cannot be encapsulated due to size or irregular dimensions (customer fault), the card will be returned raw and the grading fee refunded minus a 5% handling fee.
Receiving Your Graded Cards
Once your cards are graded and ready, we will notify you by email.
You can then choose one of the following options:
- Pick up your graded cards at the MYNTED office, or
- Have them shipped to you, with shipping and insurance costs covered by the customer.
